1999
- August - The new look Chinamonitor.com was created for easier
information access between Europe and China.
- January - 888 Triple Eight Music & Media was formed in
partnership with Now Music Co, Smokie, and Beijing Light Culture
Communication Co.
1998
- September - British Trade Directory - China 1998 - 1999 published
- July - The Ilkley web - site set up by China Monitor Services was
officially opened by Lord Mayor of Bradford.

1997
- September - British Trade Directory - China 1997 published
- February - China Monitor Services organised "China Day" in
the City of York. - Below: Consul General Mr Wang Zhidong (first
left) from Consulate General of the People's Republic of China,
Manchester. Lord Mayor of York (second right). Ms Sau Wan Chan
(first right) are present and celebrating Chinese New Year with
local people.


1996
- March - China Monitor Services organises a UK Trade Mission to
China. Mission visiting Tsingtao and Beijing.
- June - Receptions, conferences and visits to companies in London,
Manchester and Leeds organised for Fujian trade delegation.
- September - Reception and visits to companies organised for CCPIT
Trade Delegation, Shandong.
- October - Deans and Directors of Universities and colleges belonging
to Peoples Bank of China taken on business meetings around the UK.
1995
1994
- April - First issue of China Monitor magazine published.
- November - China Monitor Services organises a Trade Fair at
Harrogate with exhibitors from China.
1993
- September - Household World Ltd established. Begins publishing
academic books, under the Household World Publishers imprint.
